Simon Mineur

Simon Mineur is an associate at the firm. He has a special focus on complex (multi-juridisctional) commercial disputes, antitrust litigation and mass- and collective (damages) litigation.

After graduation from the University of Amsterdam, Simon was admitted to the Amsterdam bar in 2015. He received his professional training at a large Dutch tier-one defence firm, specializing in antitrust litigation. He gained broad in-house experience as Legal Counsel at a large multinational corporate and returned to the bar in 2024 to work at Lindenbaum.

Represented an international airline in air cargo cartel follow-on damages cases

Represented an international bank in a liability case relating to alleged tax fraud

Assisted a global pharmaceutical company in proceedings to set aside an arbitral award in investment arbitration


Simon Mineur has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):

– Litigation (Burgerlijk procesrecht, subrechtsgebied litigation)

Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
