Discovery in antitrust damages actions

Lindenbaum partner Stefan Tuinenga wrote an article in the Dutch competition law journal Mededingingsrecht in de Praktijk about the reluctancy of Dutch courts to provide access to cartel information in damages cases, and the tension this causes with the antitrust damages directive. The article also describes how the courts could provide access to information, while safeguarding confidentiality requirements.
