On 5 September 2024 Apollo announced to the market that balance sheet and other investor capital managed under its Aligned Alternatives platform have agreed to acquire Netherlands-based equipment leasing specialist Beequip from NIBC. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beequip is the largest alternative finance company of heavy equipment in the Netherlands. The company services more than 5000 customers in the Netherlands and other countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lindenbaum’s managing partner Dami\u00ebn Berkhout provided legal and governance advice to the management board of Beequip in the context of the transaction between NIBC and Apollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
