This year the Forum will revolve around key litigation themes such as The Hague Convention, cross-border enforcement, the handling of expert witnesses, and trends in class actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lindenbaum will be sponsoring the conference diner, and our partners Guido Vergouwen and Dami\u00ebn Berkhout will be delegates at the Forum. We hope that our friends and colleagues from The Netherlands and elsewhere will find the time to join us in Amsterdam, during the Forum and the dinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About the IBA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The IBA is the leading organization for international legal practitioners, bar associations and law societies. Established in 1947, shortly after the creation of the United Nations, with the aim of protecting and advancing the rule of law globally, the IBA was born out of the conviction that an organization made up of the world&rsquo;s bar associations could contribute to global stability and peace through the administration of justice.
